Australian Survivor’s Phoebe Timmins strips off into a bikini as she reveals she lost 4kg on the show
Phoebe Timmins was voted off Australian Survivor: All Stars on Tuesday, after roughing it out for 24 days.
And on Thursday, the Melbourne-based criminal lawyer revealed she lost 4kg during her time on the show.
The 31-year-old shared on Instagram before and after shots of herself in a bikini, showing off her weight loss.

During her time on the show, which was filmed from August to October last year, Phoebe survived on a diet of beans, rice and coconuts.
She wrote in part of her caption: ‘But here is my before and after… 4kg down this time.’
Phoebe first appeared on Australian Survivor back in 2016 and said on Thursday that she lost 9kg during that island stint.

Phoebe said this week that after losing 4kg on All Stars, that she has now put the weight back on in recent months.
‘I put on about 8kgs in the weeks and months after getting home and only in this new year have I found some stability again in my body,’ she said.
On Tuesday, audiences saw Phoebe being booted off the show, making her the 10th contestant voted out of season seven.
After her elimination, she shared an Instagram post expressing her gratitude for being able to be on the reality show for a second time.

‘It meant the world to me to have another go and I worked hard in the lead up to be ready for it,’ her post began.
She also revealed that she suffered injuries while on the island, saying: ‘I finished the game with two fractured vertebrae, was hospitalised upon landing home for spider bite infections and had surgery on my knee.’
Phoebe added: ‘I am closing the Survivor chapter, holding my head high, knowing I gave it everything I had, both times.
‘I never stopped fighting. I proved to myself again, that when the going gets tough, I get going.’
