- Range of children’s yoghurts have been recalled after packaging deemed unsafe
- Calciyum, Woolworths and Aldi Brooklea pouches’ lids dislodge once opened

Parmalat Australia has recalled Calciyum, Woolworths and Aldi Brooklea yoghurt pouches sold at various retailers with the lid prone to dislodging once opened.
‘The centre top of the cap may become dislodged upon re-application of the cap after initial use,’ the NSW Food Authority said.
Calciyum stressed that the recall of the 70g pouches was packaging-related and not to do with the ingredients.

‘This recall is related to the packaging only, not the yoghurt itself. Some caps, when used to reseal the pouch after opening, are failing,’ a statement from Calciyum said.
‘We are working on replacing the faulty caps with an alternative design.’
Customers are being advised to return the product to the store of purchase where they will receive a full refund.
The warning comes just two days after similar packaging was deemed hazardous as Tamar Valley yoghurt pouches were subject to a recall.
