The former reality star, 35, shared a jaw-dropping clip to Instagram capturing him flexing his bulging biceps and red complexion as he lifted weights at a gym in Mexico.
He sported a focused expressed in the clip as he worked up a sweat in a white singlet and grey shorts as he flexed his muscles to the camera.
The Los Angeles-born star looked world’s away from the hunky heart-throb who captivated viewers of Australia’s Next Top Model in 2015.
He has completely transformed his once slender frame, brunette locks and boyish grin, replacing it with a Herculean physique and shaved head, akin to action star Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.

The hunk looked like an action star in training as he rigorously went through his workout routine, providing his fans with an eye-popping view of just how far he has come since his reality star days.
In December 2021, Didier welcomed his first child with fiancée Chanel Wolf, sharing a slew of photos when she arrived.

The loved-up couple are believed to have started their relationship in 2019, shortly after Didier confirmed his split from his model fiancée Jade Cara.
Didier moved from Los Angeles to Australia at the age of 17.
He shot to fame Down Under after being cast as a judge on Channel Seven’s now-defunct reality show Beauty and the Geek.
Didier then went on to enjoy a stint on The Celebrity Apprentice Australia before joining Australia’s Next Top Model as a mentor in 2015.
