A grandfather’s Halloween obsession has led to Australia’s scariest house littered with corpses, covered in fake blood and crawling with spiders.
Shane Raics, his wife Danielle and daughter Jakaya, 11, have been adding to their infamous Halloween house in Killarney Vale, New South Wales, for over seven years.
Blood, skeletons and ghoulish ghosts now cover their entire house, including their front yard.

The gigantic house has 14 rooms, each with its own spooky theme.
It includes a Graveyard room, Evil Clown room, a Hall of Skulls and in bad news for arachnophobes- a Spider room.
The experience opens on Halloween night (Tuesday) with smoke machines, laser lights and up to 10 adults to supervise (and scare) those who enter.
‘I’ve spent $7000 and counting,’ Mr Raics told The Daily Telegraph.

‘There’s a mixture of reasons I do it- you see the fright and the fear in the kids’ eyes, but you also see the fun and the joy,’ he said
‘In many cases they are more interested in getting a good scare than in getting the lollies- and the parents love it.
