Viewers flooded Twitter to express their shock, with some users claiming the show ‘villain’ was no longer able to ‘make expressions’ with her face.

‘Keira looks like a new human which is worrying but then you know surgery can’t change what’s inside which means we should get some great telly,’ a third user penned.
A fourth fan wrote in a savage post: ‘Keira’s face has stopped making expressions…’
The scathing fan reactions comes just days after Keira admitted to going overboard with her lip fillers before filming started.

‘I’m not going to deny it and I may have some regrets about it when I see it, but what am I going to do?’ she said.
Discussing her lengthy surgical enhancement past, the reality star said she continues to only conduct ‘normal’ procedures – Botox and lip fillers included.

This weekend, Keira hit back at a troll who said she had a ‘jawline like a Russian weightlifter from the 80s.’
The troll also called her look ‘disgusting’ and said she was ‘desperate’ and ‘pathetic.’
‘Please be mindful when you post on people’s pages about their appearance, it’s obviously comes from a place of hate…,’ Keira wrote on Instagram.
‘One minute this person with a fake account who I believe is actually a girl, is telling me to not get work done, in the next sentence they are telling me my jawline is that of a male weightlifter… Trust me it’s not the first time that I’ve heard that I look like a man…’
