Bachelor In Paradise: Victoria Fuller confirms relationship with Greg Grippo on season eight finale

Victoria Fuller after accepting a proposal from Johnny DePhillipo confirmed she was in a relationship with Greg Grippo on Tuesday’s season finale of Bachelor In Paradise.

The 28-year-old medical sales rep from Nashville also revealed during the season eight finale that she and Greg, 29, a marketing sales rep from Edison, New Jersey, already had gotten matching tattoos.

They both got ‘ciao’ tattoos after meeting up for a drink in Italy.

‘I get it, it’s not the best look in the world,’ admitted Greg, who was a contestant on season 17 of The Bachelorette starring Katie Thurston, 31.

Victoria told show host Jesse Palmer, 44, that things went wrong for her after she left the show engaged to Johnny, 26, a realtor from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida,

‘I think when we were in Paradise things were rainbows and butterflies for us,’ Victoria said. ‘Unfortunately, when we got out into the real world, there were a lot of concerns.’

Victoria said she told Johnny three weeks later that it wasn’t working.

‘I think that fits your narrative but I think we very much agreed to working on our issues and trying to get to this stage engaged together,’ Johnny said. ‘There is now a rumor that you had cheated on me, and that you had switched up, and you decided to start dating Greg and this is something that you had constantly told me was not true.’

Victoria still insisted she did not cheat.

‘I emphasize with you that maybe it’s hard to see me moving on,’ Victoria said.

Johnny said he at least expected either an apology from her or a heads up that she was in a full-blown relationship with Greg, who she had told him she was not.

Johnny said he still considered her talking to Greg while they were engaged as emotional cheating. The audience clapped.

After walking off set, Tyler talked to Johnny and told him that Victoria didn’t love him.

‘She’s going to do anything she can to make it seem like it’s your fault, that’s who she is,’ Tyler said. ‘Dude, we both know the truth.’

Jesse meanwhile asked the happy couple how this whole thing happened and Greg said they had known each other for a while.

Greg said he asked her to meet for a drink with him in Rome.

The show played Victoria and Johnny’s final day in Paradise where he proposed to her and she accepted.

‘You completely changed my world,’ Victoria said. ‘I never want to live a day without you. I literally can’t even imagine life without you at this point.’

At the live show, Jesse asked Romeo Alexander , 33, a mathematician from New York City, whether he was happy when he left with Kira Mengistu, 33, a physician from Philadelphia. Jesse asked him to blink twice if he was doing okay and he did and then he kissed Kira.

The show then covered the Split Week when the original cast was split and new women were brought in.

‘It was so unexpected,’ said Shanae Ankney, 30, a recruiter from Sycamore, Ohio.

Shanae said she thought Logan Palmer, 26, a production technician from San Diego pursued someone else to get back at her for going on a date with James Bonsall, 32, a software salesman from La Jolla, California. 

Kate Gallivan, 33, a real estate agent from Los Angeles, said she and Logan were both pursuing each other. Kate then addressed Logan directly about how she talked about him on the show.

‘That was so out of pocket and I hate that you had to hear that,’ Kate said. ‘When I was vocalizing those concerns, it was to my girlfriends in private, something that I never, ever wanted you to hear.’

‘They are kind of cameras everywhere,’ Logan said. ‘We are wearing mics.’

Jill Chin, 27, an architectural historian from Scituate, Rhode Island, said that split week broke her. Jesse asked Jacob Rapini , 28, a mortgage broker from Scottsdale, Arizona, why after an amazing date with Jill did he pursue Kate.

‘Probably not the smartest move,’ Jacob said. ‘The one regret that I actually have in this whole process was. I had such a connection with you Jill.’

Jacob got up from his chair and walked over to Jill.

‘I think you and I actually do have a real connection,’ Jacob said. ‘I’m open to a relationship with you if you are.’

‘I am open as well,’ Jill said.

The two kissed. Jacob picked her up and carried her off.

Jesse then played clips of what happened in the triangle between Eliza Ischei, 26, a marketing manager from Berlin; Rodney Mathews, 30, a sales rep from Rancho Cucamonga, California; and Justin Glaze, 28, an investment sales consultant, from Baltimore, Maryland.

‘Watching it and reliving it has been really difficult,’ Rodney said.

Eliza said for her the saddest part was that she felt it was supposed to be Rodney. Jesse asked Eliza if she still had feelings for Rodney. She broke down crying and said she did.

‘I never stopped having feelings for you,’ Eliza said. ‘I’m sorry if I made you feel like you weren’t enough because you are.’

‘Eliza, you’re an amazing person,’ Rodney said. ‘I just want you to be happy. I’ll never forget how I felt in those moments. I felt hurt and humiliated in front of everyone.’

Rodney said he was finally healing and wished her nothing but the best.

Jesse then delved into Aaron Clancy, 28, an insurance agent from San Diego, and his relationship with Genevieve Parisi , 27, a bartender from Rehoboth, Massachusetts.

‘I take full accountability for being emotionally reactive and kind of how I handled everything,’ Genevieve said.

‘I was prideful, I was foolish,’ Aaron said. ‘I was ignorant to your feelings.’

Tyler Norris, 26, a business owner from Wildwood, New Jersey, explained what happened to him and Brittany Galvin, 25, a model from Chicago, after they left.

‘It’s clear that we are not together, unfortunately,’ Tyler said. ‘It’s definitely tough.’

Tyler said Brittany broke up with him.

Tyler said it happened to be the day The Bachelorette star Rachel Recchia, 26, dumped him on national television.

Brittany said when they left Paradise she felt that their relationship was at an all-time high but then she slowly didn’t feel the same way.

‘I didn’t know how to articulate my thoughts and my feelings in a way that wasn’t going to hurt you,’ Brittany said.

Michael Allio, 38, a single father from Akron, Ohio, and Danielle Maltby, 37, a nurse from Nashville, then came out holding hands.

‘Meeting Danielle has just changed my life,’ Michael said.

Danielle said she was moving to Akron to be closer to Michael. Michale said that Danielle had met his son James and that he seems to love spending time with her.

‘I’ve only said I love you to one person my entire life but I love you,’ Michael said to Danielle. 

Jesse showed Serene Russell, 26, an elementary school teacher from Oklahoma City, and Brandon Jones, 28, a traveling nurse recruiter from Portland, on their final day in Paradise when Brandon proposed.

‘I feel like we have two hearts from the same clothes,’ Serene said. ‘In you I have found my best friend.’

‘I will love you till the end of time,’ Brandon said. ‘I will love you till my last breath.’

Brandon asked her to marry him and she said yes.
