Speaking to NW magazine on Monday, an unnamed source claimed the former Wallabies star pulled a ‘Blake Garvey’ and abruptly changed his mind about rumoured winner Brittany Hockley.

‘The pressure was on for him to prove that Cass wasn’t planted on the show for him, and he made a rash decision – but it wasn’t a decision that he sincerely wanted to make.’
The insider went on to alleged that Nick and Cassandra will debut their romance after the finale airs.

She recently told Yahoo! Be that she first met Nick on her 23rd birthday in August 2017, a year before their on-screen reunion and that they dated ‘on and off’ for five months.
‘I was going out for my birthday and he just came and met me for a drink and ended up meeting my brother and that was the start of everything,’ she explained.
The accounting student was sent home last week after failing to receive a rose from Nick.

‘We weren’t dating, or in a relationship, I don’t even know if you would call it seeing each other…’ Cassandra said tearfully.
Brittany asked whether they were ever physical, which left Cassandra feeling flustered.
‘We… like, I don’t know… what to say… like, we kissed and stuff,’ she stammered.
‘I don’t know. This is just a really inappropriate situation. I didn’t want to have to do this. I actually don’t know how to handle this situation… it wasn’t a relationship.’
