Bachelor star and Richie Strahan’s ex Steph Dixon announces she’s expecting a ‘miracle’ baby with boyfriend Zane Marshall – after having endometriosis surgery while pregnant
Former Bachelor star Steph Dixon has announced she’s pregnant and expecting her first child with boyfriend Zane Marshall.
The 29-year-old, who failed to find love with Richie Strahan on The Bachelor back in 2016, shared the happy news on Instagram on Wednesday.
Influencer Steph, who boasts 16,000 followers, posted a sweet video and remarked: ‘We have a little miracle coming in April 2022.’

‘And yep I had surgery pregnant,’ she added, referring to her endometriosis keyhole surgery which she had last month.
In the clip, Steph can be seen having an ultrasound and also showing off her baby bump.
It’s unclear how far along she is, but women often announce their pregnancies around three months along.

Zane dubs himself a ‘brand builder’ on Instagram and is the founder of a clothing label called Emperor Apparel and has his owns digital marketing agency.
In January last year, the pair celebrated their one-year anniversary.
The happy news meanwhile comes after Steph underwent keyhole surgery for endometriosis while pregnant, but at the time didn’t share the baby news with fans.
In one image she posted online at the time, Steph can be seen lifting up her shirt to reveal incision marks, suggesting she had keyhole surgery.

Steph laughed off her bruises, writing ‘butchered’ alongside an emoji of a laughing-crying face.
According to Healthline.com, ‘surgery and hormonal therapy, the standard treatments for endometriosis, are generally not recommended while pregnant.’
However, Steph’s case might have been an exception given her endometriosis symptoms.
Endometriosis is when the tissue of the uterus grows outside the uterus, typically on the fallopian tubes or ovaries and is usually quite painful for women.
It can also cause difficulty in falling pregnant and severe pelvic pain.
