Bachelorette Ali Oetjen reveals she is ‘laughing off’ ex-boyfriend Grant Kemp’s cheating claims

Her ex-boyfriend Grant Kemp accused her of cheating on him earlier this year.

And Ali Oetjen told NW magazine on Monday that she is ‘laughing off’ the cheating rumours.

The new Bachelorette has never publicly denied Grant’s shocking claims that she cheated with his friend in Los Angeles.

‘I have to laugh it off because of his attempts to stay in the limelight. I’m not letting it get to me’ she said.

‘I just want someone who’s got my back. Someone that is really genuine. And when I say genuine, I want someone who is who he is.’

Meanwhile, the latest confession comes after Ali shared what really happened in the days leading up to her alleged ‘hook-up’ scandal, saying Grant was not who he said he was.

The reality star travelled to LA in March to spend time with Grant after they fell in love on Bachelor in Paradise – but she claimed she felt deceived upon her arrival.

‘It was so confronting,’ Ali told TV Week magazine.

‘I went to Los Angeles and he wasn’t who he described himself to be, nor did he live the lifestyle he said he did.’  

Grant’s version of what happened in Los Angeles was described in graphic detail on The Kyle and Jackie O Show back in May.

Feeling deceived: Ali said, ‘It was so confronting,’ Ali told TV Week magazine. ‘I went to Los Angeles and he wasn’t who he described himself to be, nor did he live the lifestyle he said he did’ 

‘I had left to go and find my friends,’ he said. ‘I came back inside [my house] and [a man] was going down on her on my stairs. So I kicked her out that night.’

Addressing the scandal, Ali told Stellar magazine last month: ‘My reason for not saying anything is that I don’t want to give him any ammunition or any reason to keep coming back in the limelight, which is what he wants.’
