Bachelorette Sophie Monk is considering IVF treatment

They set Australia’s heart aflutter after declaring their love for each other on Thursday’s Bachelorette finale.

And Sophie Monk, 37, and Stu Laundy, 44, have revealed that they are looking into having Stu’s vasectomy reversed.

Speaking to news.com.au, Sophie revealed that she was also looking into IVF treatment in a bid to conceive.

Family plans: Sophie Monk and Stu Laundy have revealed that they are looking into having Stu’s vasectomy reversed

‘[The vasectomy] doesn’t really matter because it can be reversed pretty quickly or regardless, I could go freeze my eggs and chuck ’em over to wherever he’s got his sperm banked,’ Sophie told the publication.

While Stu, who has already fathered four children with ex-wife Rachel, admitted that while he was keen to start a family with Sophie, more discussion was needed about options.

‘We have two options but we haven’t really discussed them yet,’ Stu revealed. ‘We should probably go out and have a meal first.’

Despite the show’s finale, which aired on Thursday, being filmed two months ago, Sophie added that she and Stu had barely spent any time together since declaring their true feelings.

‘We’ve only seen each other a couple of times, that’s it,’ Sophie said. ‘And that’s hard for two adults – it feels like you’re in high school.’

In a recent episode, Stu sent Sophie reeling when he confessed that he had a vasectomy.

A clearly sheepish Stu struggled with the admission before blurting out: ‘Don’t you get what I’m saying? I’ve had a vasectomy.’

Clearly taken aback, Sophie was left without words, only able to mouth ‘s**t’ to camera.

‘I can’t believe he’s had a vasectomy,’ Sophie said at the time.

‘He knows I want children. I’m really, really confused now with Stu ’cause I want a future that lasts forever. I want to settle down and have a family. But now it’s getting very complicated. That’s massive.’

In good time: 'We have two options but we haven't really discussed them yet,' Stu added. 'We should probably go out and have a meal first'
