Baker Mayfield has X-RATED reaction to Bucs first down as he tells Chris Godwin his ‘d*** got hard’ after completing pass to wide receiver

Baker Mayfield had a bizarre, X-rated reaction on Sunday to completing a pass to wide receiver Chris Godwin.

The Bucs quarterback, who has led Tampa Bay to a surprising 3-1 start, found Godwin over the middle for a first down vs. the Saints.

And as a ‘Mic’d Up’ video of Godwin during the game initially showed, Mayfield might have gotten a bit too excited by the play.

‘My d*** got hard as soon as I saw him running with the motion,’ Mayfield could be heard saying in the clip.

The video on the Bucs’ official YouTube account no longer includes that line from Mayfield.

Nonetheless, the franchise will be thrilled with the quarterback’s start after he joined on a one-year deal in the offseason.

Through four games, the 2018 no. 1 overall pick has 882 passing yards and seven touchdowns while completing nearly 70 percent of his passes.

Godwin had by far his best game of this season in the 26-9 win vs. New Orleans as he hauled in eight catches for 114 yards.

The Bucs will host the Lions this weekend.
