It’s one of the most popular shows in the UK.

The new primetime dance competition show, called Clear The Dancefloor, will see ordinary people battle to win over a panel of celebrity judges.

Like other competition shows, such as Britain’s Got Talent, the judges will also be equipped with noisy buzzers

Tuesday’s Child production company will reportedly start filming next month in front of a studio audience.

An insider told The Sun: ‘The public can’t get enough of dance shows so the Beeb is keen to keep up with demand.

‘There’s a lot of hope pinned on this sparkly new show and producers are hoping it will be a big hit.

Earlier this week 2022 champion Hamza Yassin discussed the strong bond he and dance partner Jowita Przystal had and the dynamics of their ‘trust-based’ relationship following their success on the show.

The wildlife presenter, 32, and the professional dancer, 28, appeared on Tuesday’s episode of the One Show to discuss their winning stint.

Jowita said: ‘It’s going to be amazing, we’re bringing the live show to the arenas. There will a lot of dancing, a lot of different dancing. There will be emotions, crying and laughing.

‘It will be a big celebration of what we’ve done throughout the season. It will be a thank you for the support we’ve got.

Hamza said: ‘I know it’s going to be so different to wildlife, it’s a small group and you’re somewhere remote. So this will be a different experience but the group we’ve got are great.’
