BBC Breakfast’s Carol Kirkwood called out by co-star for fashion blunder as she sports figure-hugging leopard print dress

Carol Kirkwood suffered a wardrobe malfunction as she presented the BBC Breakfast show on Friday morning.

The meteorologist, 62, looked incredibly glamorous in a stylish leopard print dress as she broadcast the weather forecast.

But her co-star Janine Jansen noticed that they were both wearing the same ensemble.

With their matching blonde locks and identical dresses, the BBC stars looked sensational.

Janine took to X to call-out Carol for wearing the same outfit as she wrote: ‘Snap! Who told Carol Kirkwood @BBCBreakfast to tally up for Leopard Print Friday! I’ll be bringing you the early updates until 8am!’

Earlier this year, Naga Munchetty playfully took a swipe at her Carol while live on air on BBC Breakfast.

The newsreader claimed the meteorologist was ‘of no importance’ after Carol made an awkward on air blunder.

After wrapping her weather segment, she handed back over to Naga and Ben Thompson in the studio but appeared to forget Naga’s name.

Signing off, Carol said: ‘Ben and….’ and paused for a while before adding: ‘Naga!’

‘Oh you remembered… Well done!’ Naga joked.

Carol responded: ‘How could I forget?”

Naga turned to Ben Thompson and added: ‘She’s of no importance Ben, she’s of none, she’s just the showgirl.

‘Write in on your hand next time Carol. Write it on your hand it always helps,’ she joked.

Carol laughed: ‘If only my eyesight was better I could write it on the screen in front of me.

‘I thought you were going to say if only you can write,’ Naga savagely hit back.

Ben joked: ‘We will have to keep you two apart!’
