Adam, who runs the YouTube channel ‘Beard meats food’, visited a Greggs branch in the White Rose shopping centre in Leeds to pick up the pieces for his challenge.
Adam, 32, said: ‘It was a piece of cake, as in literally some of the items were pieces of cake. But then again I do this for a living, so the challenge was easier for me.
‘I really wouldn’t encourage anyone else to try and eat this much pastry ever.
‘The technique is to chew very little, but really it’s all about practice and working up to this level of stomach capacity over time.
‘Everything I ordered came to just under £40.’
In total Adam consumed 11,449 calories, 284 grams of protein, 1,229 grams of carbohydrate and a staggering 603 grams of fat.
