A beautician who asked a client if she could re-book their lip appointment as her daughter had caught Norovirus was left ‘lost for words’ by the expletive-laden response.

Eyebrow specialist Stacey Ward, who runs a boutique in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, was told by the client that they were ‘not someone to be messed around’ and that their ‘fella’ is a ‘real villain’.

Uploading the bizarre messages to social media, the mother-of-one said she has banned the customer from her shop, Sparkling Beautique Salon & Training Academy.

Stacey stepped in to the exchange after her employee Charnie received an expletive-laden response from the client when she asked to reschedule her appointment. 

‘Hi ***** it’s Charnie from Sparkling Beautique’, read the first message.

‘I have caught the Norovirus and Stacey daughter has it too. Could I reschedule you this week if possible for your lips hun?’

A few seconds after the client read the message, she sent this foul-mouthed response.

‘Nar f*** off you dirty s***’, messaged the client.

‘Get to me f****** door. Am going rip your f****** face off for reschedule.

‘CHARNIE. S***’

Stacey then sent the woman: ‘This is Stacey the salon owner. My daughter isn’t well so I have asked to reschedule your appointment and this is your reply?’

The client responded: ‘Listen live (sic)’

‘Am a gangsters wife am not someone to be messed around.

‘Me fellas a real villain.’

Stacey uploaded the customer’s comments to Facebook with the caption:  ‘I mean some customers haven’t been happy with what’s going on today with the salon being closed but this is taking it to a whole new level. 

‘I’m actually lost for words.’

Sparkling Beautique, which does eyebrows, lips and facials, has a 4.8 star rating on Google from 16 reviews.

One thrilled customer wrote: ‘Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my Russian lashes, they are amazing!’

A second said: ‘Had my combo brows done here and the top up and a few other treatments over the years.

‘Staff have always done and amazing job and been very friendly.’

And a third said that Stacey and her staff were ‘fantastic’.

‘I was made to feel very welcome on arrival and the treatments I had were amazing. Highly recommend and I’m looking forward to my future appointments x.’
