Behind her camera, the 24-year-old blonde admitted she wasn’t impressed with her body just one day earlier
‘I post this picture confidently, but… I felt really down about my figure,’ she wrote to more than 1.5 million followers.
‘I don’t really know what changed from yesterday to today – but it got me thinking.
‘When I wasn’t feeling so great about myself yesterday I tried my best to be body-positive regardless.’
Speaking about body confidence, the social media influencer said she reminded herself why she should love her ‘healthy, strong, resilient’ body again.
‘I also remind myself that I am my own harshest critic, and in reality the things that I feel insecure about are not even remotely worth feeling insecure about,’ she said.
‘I need to stop being so critical and catch myself whenever I have damaging self-talk.
‘Your body is unique to you and while it may not be perfect (no one’s is) it is the most incredible vessel that has carried you through life and has probably been criticised 100 times more than it’s been praised.’

Giving a pep talk to her fans, she revealed how they could learn to love their bodies by identifying at least one of their best features
Giving an inspiring pep talk to her fans, she revealed how they could learn to love their bodies again simply by identifying at least one of their best features.
‘So instead of looking in the mirror and pointing out all of the things you don’t like and wish you could change, try identifying at least one thing that you DO like and be grateful for that,’ she said.
‘Hating our bodies and having negative self-talk isn’t going to change one single thing – so you may as well put that energy towards practicing self love and taking care of your body. Nourish it, move it and appreciate it for all it does.
‘Loving yourself is a lot more fruitful than being down on yourself, even though I know it can be hard sometimes, but small steps are better than no steps at all.’
