Bebe Rexha claps back at a commenter who tells her she needs to lose weight

Bebe Rexha tells troll ‘work on your own self hate’ after she’s told to ‘you need to lose weight’

She looked her very best in a shoulder-baring black gown following her first solo performance on The Ellen Show.

But Bebe Rexha received a biting line underneath the shot as a troll commented: ‘Wow… you need to lose weight.’

The 30-year-old singer, who paired her dress with a pair of suede over-the-knee boots, didn’t take the scathing sentiment lying down.

She promptly responded with the following clapback: ‘no you need to be more accepting and work on your own self hate.’

‘I hope this was sarcasm, cause you need to delete your account. We don’t need internet bullies! The world is full of enough hate !’ one commenter wrote.

‘don’t bother answering to insults from fake accounts. You know your worth!’ another commenter wrote.

‘She just wishes she had your insane body. #loveyourcurves,’ another commenter said.

This isn’t the first time Rexha has sounded off against body image critics.

She recently fired off at designers who only dress stars who are runway size.

The Meant To Be hitmaker vented in an Instagram video: ‘A lot of times artists will go and talk to designers, and they’ll make them custom dresses to walk the red carpet…

‘I had my team hit out a lot of designers, and a lot of them do not want to dress me because I’m too big.

‘If a size 6/8 is too big then, I don’t know what to tell you. Then I don’t want to wear your f**king dresses … To all the people that said that I’m thick … f**k you, I don’t want to wear your f**king dresses.’

She added: ‘I’m sorry, I had to get this off my chest. If you don’t like my fashion style or my music that’s one thing.

‘But don’t say you can’t dress someone that isn’t a runway size. We are beautiful any size! Small or large! Anddddd my size 8 a** is still going to the Grammys.’
