The mother-of-four shared footage of her uniquely tailored exercise routine, a routine she says is helping her ‘strengthen her calves’ to benefit her ‘bung ankle’.

Via an Instagram story post, the Postcards presenter taught her followers how she was fixing the issue.
‘Strengthening the calves for my bung ankle,’ she wrote, subsequently tagging the fitness facility she was attending.
