Bec Judd has admitted that she once ‘regretted’ being pregnant with her twins Darcy and Tom.
The 40-year-old welcomed her boys in 2016, and on Thursday she shared a heartbreaking post about her pregnancy regrets.
‘Honestly, when I was pregnant with twins I was regretting it, as everyone’s reactions were so negative (and the pregnancy as horrendous from about 26 weeks on),’ she wrote.
‘Then when I had them it was the best thing ever. If you are pregnant with twins, don’t listen to the naysayers. Being a twin mum is a gift – I wish more people had told me that,’ she added.
This isn’t the first time that Bec has opened up about her pregnancy woes.

Back in 2021, she shared a photo of herself heavily-pregnant with a huge belly, right before she went into labour.
In an emotional caption, Bec said that by the end of her pregnancy she could barely eat, breathe and move – and even suffered scary heart palpitations.
‘Fark, growing twins if the hardest thing I have ever done,’ she wrote.

‘I could barely move by the end, cried every day from 33 weeks (I am not a crier), had to carry my belly when I waddled, couldn’t breathe, couldn’t eat.’
She continued, ‘Couldn’t stand up from sitting, couldn’t pick anything up from the ground, couldn’t steer properly when I was driving, couldn’t go to the toilet normally and had constant heart palpitations.’
Bec eventually welcomed ‘perfectly healthy’ twin boys in Melbourne on September 29, 2016, via an emergency caesarean section.
She and husband Chris Judd are already parents to son Oscar and daughter Billie.
