Benji Marshall’s wife Zoe announces she’s taking a break from social media to ‘figure out where I’m needed and love myself’

Benji Marshall’s wife Zoe has announced that she’s taking a break from social media.

The TV and radio host, 37, shared a post to Instagram on Monday, revealing she will be ‘going offline for a few days’ to ‘figure out what I need to do’.

Zoe also thanked her husband Benji for encouraging and supporting her decision to take a break.

‘Find yourself a @benji6marshall that encourages you to go away. To sink into what you really want and who you want to be,’ she began.

‘That makes sure your best friend is by your side that if you wobble or break they can catch you.’

She continued: ‘That cares for the kids and tends to the home so that your mind can rest easy and focus on absolutely nothing but finding the truth that has some how slipped through your fingers.’

‘I’m gonna be offline a few days. I’m going to figure out where I’m needed and what I need to do. I’m going to rest and be mothered. I’m going to love myself. See you soon.’

It comes after Zoe recently opened up about her marriage to NRL legend Benji.

In March, the TV presenter spoke about the couple’s 10-year wedding anniversary during an appearance on Channel Seven’s The Morning Show.

‘In this day and age, ten years is a feat,’ she told co-hosts Larry Emdur and Kylie Gillies.

The Marshalls’ marriage has seen the pair move interstate and abroad while also welcoming two children, son Benjamin Fox, four, and daughter Ever, one.

The rugby league WAG said she was proud the couple had maintained a strong relationship over the years.

‘I’m really proud that we got here,’ she said.

When asked how they keep their marriage so strong, Zoe said maintaining physical attraction is key.

‘I still find him sexy, and I like that,’ she revealed, adding that communication is also important.

They first went to couples therapy about 12 years ago, before they married, to give them guidance ahead of any marital issues.

‘We will touch base with her [the therapist] when something big is happening like a move or a baby coming,’ she added.

Zoe revealed these therapy visits help them to ‘anchor’ their relationship and maintain healthy communication.

‘Keep your volume under three on a scale to 10… don’t raise your voice,’ she said, noting one piece of advice she was given.

'I'm gonna be offline a few days. I'm going to figure out where I'm needed and what I need to do. I'm going to rest and be mothered. I'm going to love myself. See you soon,' she wrote
