Bernie Ecclestone, 92, joins wife Fabiana Flosi, 46, and son Ace, 3, on a superyacht in Spain

Ex-F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone enjoyed a sun-soaked getaway with his young family in Formentera, Spain this week.

The 91-year-old joined wife Fabiana Flosi, 46, and son Ace, 3, dined at a beach restaurant before later returning to their multi-million-pounds superyacht.

Bernie cut a casual figure for the sunny outing in a pale blue shirt which he teamed with navy jeans and trainers.

Shielding his eyes behind shades he strolled along the sand before enjoying the spectacular views with his son from the vessel.

Meanwhile Brazilian beauty Fabina, who wed the billionaire in 2012, flaunted her toned legs in denim shorts and a bright pink shirt.

Slipping her feet into colourful sandals she could be seen carrying her little one over the rocks.

Fabina donned chic oversized shades and a sun hat as her bags were carried by a member of the boat’s staff.

Ace appeared to be having a wonderful time on his getaway while dressed in shorts, T-shirt and bucket hat.

When back on board his parents quickly provided him with a life jacket as they lifted him to see the shore.

Bernie is also father to daughter’s Tamara, 39, Petra, 34, from his marriage to ex-wife Slavica, 65 – as well as Deborah, 68, who he shares with first wife Ivy.

The outing comes after Bernie denied fraud after he was accused of hiding more than £400 million from the government in a trust in Singapore.

He appeared at London’s Southwark Crown Court on Tuesday and entered a not guilty plea.

The former F1 supremo is accused of falsely claiming he had only set up a single trust for his daughters and indicating that, other than that trust, he was ‘not the settlor nor beneficiary of any trust in or outside the UK’.

He stood in the well of the court near his lawyers to confirm his name before entering a not guilty plea to a single count of fraud between July 13 2013 and October 5 2016.

The billionaire faces trial at the same court on November 16 in front of High Court judge Mr Justice Bryan following an investigation by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) into his finances.

He was granted unconditional bail ahead of his six week trial.

The charge alleges that Ecclestone ‘dishonestly’ made a representation to officers of HMRC ‘which was, and which you knew was or might have been, untrue or misleading’.

The charge against him was authorised by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) in July last year following an investigation by HMRC, which said the probe had been ‘complex and worldwide’.

Chief crown prosecutor Andrew Penhale said at the time: ‘The CPS has reviewed a file of evidence from HMRC and has authorised a charge against Bernard Ecclestone of fraud by false representation in respect of his failure to declare to HMRC the existence of assets held overseas believed to be worth in excess of £400 million.’

Former racing car driver Ecclestone oversaw Formula One from the late 1970s until 2017.

He was also co-owner of Queens Park Rangers from 2007 to 2011 with Flavio Briatore.

The Sunday Times Rich List ranks Ecclestone, who has been married three times, as the 65th wealthiest person in the country, with an estimated net worth of £2.5billion.
