Bethenny Frankel is voicing her opinion on Teresa Giudice’s hesitation to get a prenuptial agreement with new fiance Luis Ruelas.

On Thursday, the Real Housewives of New York City alum, 51, took to Twitter to express her disapproval after Teresa, 49, indicated that she was waffling on the idea of getting a prenup.

‘I may jump through my phone if @Teresa_Giudice doesn’t sign a prenup @Andy,’ she declared, tagging Real Housewives franchise executive producer and Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen.

Frankel – who went through an arduous divorce process and custody battle with ex-husband Jason Hoppy – has personal experience in the area.

She initially didn’t want a prenup and said that the thought of getting one was ’embarrassing.’

‘The word “prenup” was embarrassing to me. It’s uncomfortable, it’s awkward. A contract when you get married? It’s an uncomfortable, awkward concept,’ she said on her podcast, Just B.

However, she eventually signed one, and it helped protect some of her assets in what she labeled a ‘nightmare divorce.’

Frankel and Hoppy wed in 2010 but separated in 2012.

During Teresa’s Tuesday appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Andy questioned the Real Housewives of New Jersey OG about the legal protection and was aghast to hear her say she wasn’t interested in getting a prenup.

Ruelas and Tre’s eldest daughter Gia had joined her for the episode and the 21-year-old came to her mother’s defense explaining that her dad Joe Giudice had forced one her parents marriage.

Cohen appeared to have caught Teresa off-guard with his prenup question, leading her to seem uncomfortable while answering: ‘No.’ She quickly followed up with: ‘I mean I don’t know.’

Andy was flabbergasted that Teresa – who has had her share of financial troubles of the years – wouldn’t take what he considered necessary precaution.

He questioned: ‘Why wouldn’t she sign a prenup? Why wouldn’t she sign a prenup to protect what she has and to protect what he has?’

Giudice’s daughter Gia, who was behind the bar for the late night show interjected in defense of her mom and explained that her dad Joe Giudice forced Teresa to sign on when they wed in 1999.

‘I really didn’t like that. My dad really did make her sign a prenup before the wedding,’ she said. ‘I don’t know I think my mom she’s so high up that she’s not gonna want to take anything from from him, and I think he would never want to take from her.’

Financially responsible Cohen didn’t buy Gia’s naive and romantic take: ‘I know but you put it in writing! You just put it in writing, but of course they don’t want to take anything from each other.’

Bowing to peer pressure, Tre relented and said she would consider it, putting and end to the uncomfortable exchange.

The trio had joined Andy in the Bravo clubhouse following the season 12 premiere of The Real Housewives Of New Jersey and the host was thrilled to have Gia join.

‘I have been waiting for this to happen for so long because we have talked about having her bartend for so many years,’ Andy said.

‘Over at the bar, guarding the keg. Fresh off her 21st birthday. It is Gia Giudice. How does it feel to finally have a drink the clubhouse after all these years?,’ Andy said.

‘It feels good I don’t have to worry about anything it’s really nice,’ Gia told him.

Luis, 46, was in the studio audience supporting Teresa and sat next to Gia’s boyfriend.

Andy went straight into the polls at the start of the show that also featured Bob Harper as a guest.

‘Is Joe Gorga in the wrong for bashing Joe Giudice?,’ was one of the poll questions.

Eighty-three percent voted that Joe was not in the wrong and Teresa said her brother was sticking up for her.

Another poll questioned if Joe Gorga hit below the belt by cracking a joke when asked during a comedy tour about a video involving Luis.

Eighty-eight percent voted that Joe did not go below the belt when he was asked in Atlantic City about the ‘weird f***ing video with Luis’ and responded, ‘I never missed my brother-in-law so much.’

Bob agreed that Joe didn’t hit below the belt and was just trying to be funny.

‘No, my whole thing is I don’t care other people are going to make a big deal about it. You know he was trying to make the audience laugh which he did,’ Teresa said.

Gia also played a game in which she was asked if she could defend some of her mother’s previous antics.

‘Can you defend your mom’s infamous table flip?,’ Andy asked.

‘Yes,’ Gia replied in reference to one of reality television’s most iconic moments.

Gia later told Andy about college life.

‘It’s good. I love it. I’m a criminal just major and law school after,’ she said.

She also revealed that she’s been in a three-year relationship with her boyfriend.
