Big Brother alum Christmas Abbott cops a plea and avoids jail for ‘car-smashing rampage against baby daddy’s mistress’

Big Brother alum Christmas Abbott won’t have to spend any time behind bars.

The 37-year old copped a plea in her felony case and was sentenced to 12 months probation and 25 hours of community service for her alleged car-smashing rampage against her baby daddy’s mistress, according to TMZ.

The alleged altercation happened on scorching hot day last summer in Tampa, Florida when she was eight months pregnant.

Abbott, who finished third on season 19 of Big Brother in 2017, was also ordered to pay $1,357.95 in restitution and complete an anger management class.

This all started in August when the reality star allegedly flew off the handle after finding out the father of her baby, Benjamin Bunn, was having an affair, according to a police report.

The CrossFit star then drove to a gym and confronted Samantha Morse of Tampa.

While inside the facility Abbott screamed at Bunn, who owned the gym, threw an ice coffee across the room, and called Morse a ‘pathetic home-wrecking little sl**,’ according to police.

Eventually Abbott got into her Mercedes Benz SUV and proceeded to ram Morse’s car several times.

When an officer arrived at the scene, he said Abbott waved him down and began crying and told him she ‘lost it’ and crashed into the car because its owner was allegedly cheating with her child’s father.

Because she was eight months pregnant, the arresting officers issued her a warrant and allowed her to turn herself in to police after she gave birth.

The reality star welcomed her son, Loyal Atticus Abbott, in September about a month before she turned herself in to authorities on October 8.
