Kieran also revealed that fellow housemate Soobong Hwang taught him some simple exercises to help shed the kilos.

Kieran, who was bullied at school for his weight, said that going on Big Brother had encouraged him to lead a more active lifestyle by ‘going for walks’ and ‘hitting the gym’.

‘Now I’m hitting the gym, going for walks with my dad and even running. It’s a bonus that Big Brother’s improved my life,’ he said.
