There is an incredible amount of hype around Williams as a former Heisman Trophy winner coming to the NFL.

Many have lauded Williams as the next great NFL quarterback with his playmaking ability.

Beginning the discussion was his stats, going 10-for-20 and not throwing for a touchdown pass.

‘He wasn’t accurate,’ Belichick said. ‘He was 10-for-20.’

Chad Ochocinco jumped in to say how great he looked in stretches.

‘They weren’t that good, there were a couple highlight plays, but they weren’t that good,’ Belichick continued.

Belichick also commented how Williams did not face the best players on other teams during his pair of preseason appearances.

Williams does have plenty of weapons to help him with D’Andre Swift at running back as well as Keenan Allen, DJ Moore, and Rome Odunze at wide receiver.
