Bill Maher has hit out at the Democrat Party, claiming it’s full of ‘brats and snobs’ who need to ‘look in the mirror’ after losing the election to Donald Trump.
Maher’s roundup was a lively send-up of both sides, a sharp contrast to many of the liberal late night hosts losing their minds over the election earlier this week.
The comic, who predicted Kamala Harris would win the election and has long roasted the Republican Party on his HBO show, had harsh words for his own side in his monologue Friday night.
‘My message to the losers: Losers look in the mirror! For months, Democrats have been saying how is this even close? And they’re right, it wasn’t,’ he said, noting that Trump run fairly easily.
He savaged a Democrat Party that has become representative of college educated elites and identity politics: ‘You’re brats, and you’re snobs, and people don’t like that.’
Bill Maher definitely didn’t get the ‘Kamala is brat’ memo, saying the Democrat Party is full of ‘brats and snobs’ and needs to ‘look in the mirror’ after losing the election to Donald Trump

Maher promised, however, that ‘we’re still gonna have fun!’ and got on with a set of monologue jokes.
‘We had an election… a lot of people are freaking. I opened the window today, the sun was still shining, the birds were still singing… my gardener was packing for Mexico.’
He then cracked at liberals who didn’t understand how Trump coul win: ‘They could not conceive of a 2nd Trump term but they should’ve, when does America ever turn down seconds?’
Referencing Trump’s still-in-progress legal troubles over the last election: ‘Trump won all seven swing states, Trump won so big, he called the Secretary of State in Georgia and asked him to *lose* 11,000 votes.’
Trump has technically clinched six of the seven swing states but is favored to take Arizona when all is said and done.
He then made a racy joke about the infamous Access Hollywood tape: ‘[Trump] did better in every demographic. He grabbed 52% of white women… he also got their vote.’
Then Maher shot at left-wing press and sympathized with Trump voters: ‘The liberal media, always more offended than the victim. Women are a little stronger than you think. Women are like, whatever, I don’t have to f*** him, I just want bacon.’
His biggest laugh came when he referenced Trump’s attempt to hit at Harris’ lack of proof she ever worked at McDonald’s.

Maher has made an eleventh hour plea to undecided voters a week ago as he warned that the ‘progressive mind virus’ could hold Kamala Harris back from a win
‘At 10pm, Kamala called McDonald’s to see if she could get her old job back,’ he joked.
He then went after his most recent favorite target, the far left, by noting ‘Kamala is still polling very well with illegal immigrant inmates who want sex change operations.’
‘This election has always been about how this country’s had enough of the anti-common sense, woke bulls***. Resoundingly,’ he added.
Maher spent much of the remainder of his show discussing the excesses of the left in the leadup to the election with his guests, which included acclaimed actor Michael Douglas, as well as journalists Sarah Isgur and John Heilemann.
Trump clinched his latest victory in Nevada earlier Saturday morning, taking him to 301 electoral votes to Harris’ 225.
One Senate race remains uncalled, with Democrats hanging on to a leads in Arizona, which would leave the Republicans at a 53-47 seat majority, a gain of four seats.
Democrat Ruben Gallego leads Trump ally Kari Lake in Arizona by just over 30,000 votes, with 82% of the ballots counted to take Kyrsten Sinema’s seat.
House of Representatives results continue to move slowly, with Republicans at 212 seats, six shy of retaining their majority.
The Democrats have won 200 seats and lead in 12 of the uncalled races, which would top them out at 212, a loss of one seat from their minority position in 2022.
Lakshya Jain, a polls analyst for Split Ticket, gave Democrats a no more than 15% chance of late voting tallies providing them with the comebacks necessary to win a shock majority.
