The billionaire boss of the Chemist Warehouse pharmacy chain and the reality star are holding a luxurious garage sale of millions in furniture, artwork and antiques.
Among the 182 items on offer is a 19th Century Renaissance Revival Ormolu Chandelier with a starting bid of $3,200.
‘There’s this fabulous chandelier, but it only takes candles. (Gance) paid something ridiculous for it’ Roach told The Herald Sun on Sunday.
Also up for grabs is an Antique Shoulder Mounted Deer With Gazelle Horns with an estimate of $2000-$3000.

A pair of Early 17th Century Hand Painted Cizhou Vessels are on sale with an estimate of $2000-$3000 and a minimum bid of $1500.
The couple’s Pietra Dura Top Wrought Iron Centre Table is also estimated at around $3000 with a starting bid of $1,900.
Roach tells The Herald Sun the sale is largely, ‘art we couldn’t fit into the house. It wasn’t the right size.’

The company is also part-owned by fellow rich-lister Mario Verrocchi and family.

The same year Sam and Janet snapped up their new five-bedroom mansion at Lansell Road in a private auction against one other bidder.
Janet has been a Real Housewives staple since the show premiered in 2014
