But Alexandra ‘Binky’ Felstead, 27, has uploaded a sizzling workout video admitting in the caption that she is striving to achieve her ‘pre natal abs’ just four months later.
The video, uploaded on Saturday, depicts Binky working up a sweat in a pair of leggings – but it comes as she admitted to The Sun that she and her boyfriend Josh ‘JP’ Patterson are ‘already planning baby number two’.

JP told the publication: ‘Binksy was like I want another child, so I’m just trying to give myself a bit of time.’
Binky added: ‘I don’t want one straight away, but two and half years is the plan.’
Posting the video, which shows her performing an impressive series of squats with a heavy weight on her back, Binky wrote the caption: ‘Into the gym to give me some post natal ab rehab & try get me a peachy bum…. I felt the BURN!’

The reality star then continued the post to warn other new mothers not to rush into strenuous workouts before getting checked out by medical staff that they fit and able to do so.
Binky recently revealed to MailOnline that she and Josh have truly settled into parenthood – and admitted that JP is a changed man.
‘Me and JP are living together now, and I think it’s forced him to grow up a bit,’ Binky told MailOnline.

‘We’re in a really good place now. Everything is going so well we don’t really want to change anything at the moment. We are very happy.’
The couple met on E4 reality series Made In Chelsea, where they experienced their ups and downs – but after a year or so of will they/won’t they, the couple finally got together again and were soon expecting India.
‘I have really enjoyed every second [of being a mum],’ Binky went on. ‘They grow up so fast. Everyone I have spoken to has told us to take so many pictures because you don’t want to miss any of it.
‘India is 12 weeks already and she’s already started to smile and make funny noises. It’s just amazing’.
