This is the shocking moment a drunk thug was caught on CCTV firing a gun into a crowded pub after being refused entry.
Inebriated Lee Embley had downed eight cans of strong cider and 16 shots of brandy before attempting to get into the Harborne Stores pub on the High Street in Birmingham last month.
When the 42-year-old was turned away by door staff he casually pulled a revolver from his waistband and staggered back towards pub before firing it at a window.

He used this revolver in the attack after he was refused entry for being too drunk. He later told police he had had eight pints of cider and 16 shots of brandy
Embley, pictured, got into his car and drove off after firing at the pub. Incredibly, nobody was hurt despite the bullet going through a bedroom window
The bullet smashed through the window of an upstairs bedroom at the pub, where a family with children sometimes sleep.
Incredibly, no one was hurt in the attack on January 23 at 9.05pm.
After the shooting, Embley got into his car which was parked a few metres away on Station Road and drove off.
Firearms officers in the area were alerted and spotted Embley driving erratically on Lordswood Road.
When they tried to stop him, he made off at speeds of up to 80mph on 30mph roads.
He led police on a chase for nearly three miles before crashing into a ‘no entry’ sign on Alwold Road, Weoley Castle, where he was arrested.

The 42-year-old had been doing 80mph in a 30mph zone when police caught up with him. Armed officers dragged him from the car and arrested him
One officer, who is seen pointing a handgun at Embley’s head, can be heard shouting at him: ‘Out! police, open the door, open the door, hands in the air, hands in the air. Down on the floor.’
Embley is then dragged out the car door by his collar before being spread-eagled on the ground.
Bodycam from the officers shows the moment they spotted the Colt.41 double action revolver, made in around 1912, lying on the road next to the car.
It had two bullets in the barrel, and one spent cartridge.
He told police he had drunk eight cans of strong cider and eight double brandies before the shooting and did not know where he was when he woke up in a police cell.
Embley, of no fixed address, admitted nine charges for firearms and ammunition offences as well as dangerous driving and was jailed for a total of nine years at Birmingham Crown Court.

He was also banned from driving for six years.
Detective Constable Ian Leech, of West Midlands Police, said: ‘This was a completely reckless shooting which could easily have resulted in the death of an innocent bystander.
‘Embley then put further lives at risk by driving while massively over the limit and it is by luck rather than fortune that no one was seriously hurt or killed.
‘Thanks to the excellent police work by the two firearms officers who spotted the car and then put their lives on the line by confronting Embley, we have taken another weapon with the potential to kill off the streets.
‘Gun crime is a top priority for West Midlands Police, and the sentence handed down shows that anyone who thinks it’s acceptable to carry or use these deadly weapons will face the full force of the law when they are caught.’
Last year, the force seized more than 140 firearms linked to crime in the West Midlands.
