But after many months out of the spotlight, Blake Garvey made headlines on Monday when New Idea reported he was back living with his mother and ‘selling land and house packages to families on the outskirts of Perth’.
In photos taken last month, the former TV star was seen looking sharp at an auction, but he nonetheless failed to sell the property. In fact, it did not receive a single bid.

Using his clipboard to hold his speaking notes, auctioneer Blake attempted to find a buyer for a Duncraig four-bedroom, two-bathroom home.
However, the 849 square metre home didn’t sell and has now been listed for $785,000.
New Idea claimed on Monday that Blake lives with his mother Andrea in Hamersley, just five minutes away from the northwest Perth home he attempted to auction.
The publication added that he is still driving the same BMW he did when he appeared on The Bachelor four years ago.

It was also claimed that Blake still owns his prized Cabbage Patch Kids collection, after it was first revealed he accumulated the items back in his heyday.
Blake proposed to Sam Frost on The Bachelor back in 2014, only to dump her just weeks later for second runner-up Louise Pillidge.
He dropped off the celebrity radar following his split with Louise in April 2016 .
