Blake Lively left speechless after being asked about Taylor Swift on Australian TV show: ‘That’s a wild question’

Blake Lively was faced with an impossible choice on Tuesday.

The American actress appeared on Australian television show The Project, and was asked to pick her favourite Taylor Swift song.

The massive Swiftie was aghast at being forced to make a decision between the pop anthems, and responded with laughter.

‘You’re gonna ask me to pick one song?! That’s a wild question’ the former Gossip Girl star said.

‘Honestly,  love her music too much to pick one song. That’s just, like, an insane… I can tell you my favourite child, if you would like to know that!’ she joked.

She added: ‘I’m joking. I genuinely don’t have a favourite child or song.’

Blake and Taylor are known to be good friends, and last month Taylor assured Blake that her and Ryan Reynolds’ kids will always be in good hands.

The Gossip Girl alum, 36, thanked pal Swift after she penned a sweet tribute to her ‘godkids’ sperm donor’ Reynolds, 47, and his Deadpool & Wolverine costar Hugh Jackman.

‘Thank you @taylorswift for honoring my guy(s),’ wrote Lively, sharing the Instagram Story. ‘I couldn’t have said it better myself.

‘Which is unsurprising given that I have 14 less Grammys and not a single sold out stadium world tour,’ she added.

Swift, 34, who has been best friends with Lively and Reynolds for years, previously took to Instagram to give the MCU movie a rave review.

‘Over the past few years I have watched one of my best friends on this planet pour every bit of his heart, soul, sweat, time, energy, jokes, pain, joy, rebellion, darkness, and magic into this film,’ she wrote.

‘He’s created the best work of his life, and this film feels like an actual joy portal, a wild escape from reality, and an abs sandwich. I don’t know how he did it.

‘But that’s just Hugh for you!’ added Swift with a photo of herself, Lively and Reynolds with Jackman, 55, and director Shawn Levy.

‘These other randoms crashed the photo and we were too polite to ask them to leave,’ she continued.

‘Deadpool and Wolverine is out TOMORROW! Here’s where to buy tickets if you like things that are unspeakably awesome,’ added Swift with a link. ‘Shout out to Wade Wilson, aka my godkids’ sperm donor!’

Reynolds shared the post as well. ‘Omg, this may have just killed @thehughjackman.’

Jackman confirmed his metaphorical death by Swiftie-dom with a ‘100’ emoji, adding: ‘

‘I’m also [skull emoji],’ added Reynolds.

The Golden Globe nominee tied the knot with Lively in 2012 after starring together in Green Lantern (2011), and they share James, 9, Inez, 7, Betty, 4, and 17-month-old Olin.
