At the August 8 UK screening of the film, the 36-year-old Gossip Girl alum passed on wearing the piece of jewelry because it didn’t coordinate with her outfit.
A TikTok shared via AlloCiné showed the brief encounter between Lively and the supporter.
‘Oh my gosh, thank you so much,’ a seemingly grateful Blake said as she took the present before adding, ‘I’m going to put it [away] because it doesn’t go with my outfit but I will wear it later.’
The mother-of-four also told the fan the gesture was ‘so sweet.’

Lively, who is married to Ryan Reynolds, was clad in a glamorous, silver, strapless dress covered in ornate multicolor floral accoutrements.
The star, who famously does not work with stylists, added a coral-pink feather boa, draping it around her arms.
Her co-star Isabela Ferrer, who plays the younger version of her character Lily Bloom, also received a bracelet from the fan.
In a stark contrast to Blake’s response, Ferrer immediately slipped the piece around her wrist.
‘Thank you! Oh my god, I’m going to put it on. Thank you so much!’ the younger actress reacted upon being presented with the bracelet.
Lively is currently in a rumored feud with her It Ends With Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni.
She has also been slammed online over some press interviews — including an ‘uncomfortable’ resurfaced 2016 clip that made the journalist ‘want to quit’ her job.
It Ends With Us, a romantic drama based on Colleen Hoover’s novel of the same name, follows Lily as she becomes embroiled in an abusive relationship with Ryle Kincaid (Baldoni).

The movie is already a box office hit following its August 9 release.
However, the film has been plagued by rumors of on-set tensions, a feud between Lively and Baldoni, and an awkward press tour.
Lively and Baldoni avoided each other at the New York City premiere of the film, and various reports have come out that paint both stars in a negative light.
Bethenny Frankel even weighed in on the discourse, explaining that Blake’s simultaneous promotion of the movie, plus her haircare and cocktail business ventures has left fans upset.
‘What’s happening [is] this is a very sensitive subject matter — the basis of this movie — and to be promoting a cocktail brand and a haircare product and talking so much in a lighthearted way about a topic that for most people, but women in particular, is not a lighthearted topic… you are all a very savvy audience, and it’s just not sitting well. That’s what I think is going on,’ the former Real Housewives of New York City star surmised.
