Sharing the video on Instagram, Natalie wrote: ‘To the entire team at Luciano by Gino D’Acampo, you moved us to tears last night! Thank you for going above and beyond to make me feel special on my birthday. Love, Natalie.’

The video shows waiting staff carry the cake over to Natalie’s table. Placing a plate on the table, the waiter says: ‘We wanted to wish you a happy birthday.’

Natalie’s friend guides Natalie’s hand to the plate. The musician then runs her fingers over the words.

As she realises what the chef has written on the plate, she says: ‘No freaking way. They did not. Are you kidding me? You guys are amazing! Oh my gosh! Are you kidding me?! That is insane! Thank you so much!’
