A boat company is searching for fit male waiters to entertain brides-to-be and their friends on charter boats over the summer.
Event and Cruise Director of Wetspot Charters Dave Hancock advertised on Facebook looking for backpackers to fill the roles in Perth.
‘We have jobs available now for male waiters on our Perth charter boat on hens cruises, weekend work mainly,’ he wrote in backpacker Facebook groups.

A boat company is looking for ‘fit’ male waiters who also have ‘happy personalities’ to work on charter boats to entertain women
The company is looking for people who are fit with an outgoing personality and available over the summer months.
‘Need to be fit and presentable,’ Mr Hancock wrote.
‘Great, happy personality and outgoing. Available for three months minimum.’
In an effort to entice people to apply for the job Mr Hancock specified the company does cruises over to Rottnest Island with mainly all-girl groups.
Jobs are available almost immediately with positions open on charter boats from next weekend.
‘No other Perth charter boat company does as many hens parties each season as we do,’ the Wetspot Charters website reads.
‘Superbly set-up boats, talented DJ’s on selected vessels, a free 5th hour cruising time, and with no extra charge to pick up from any jetty they are unbeatable value for the big night out from just $50 per girl.’

The company manages six boats, that can carry anywhere between 15 and 100 guests.
The website boasts the charters are ‘unequalled for their layout, state of the art sound and lighting systems, amenities and flexible style they are super affordable and comprise the most booked charter fleet in WA for hospitality functions’.
Parties can range from ‘mild to wild’, with waiters wanted for both relaxed private group cruises and corporate functions up the Swan River and across to Rottnest Island.
‘No matter what your event, we are confident we can give you the most possible fun at the least possible cost, and a memory of an amazing day that will stay with you and your guests for a long time to come,’ the website reads.
