The 55-year-old singer bought the 4,031-square-foot Manhattan, New York, escape in 2015 for $12.95million and immediately began upgrading the abode.
With three bedrooms, the home – located on celebrity haven 150 Charles Street – offers en-suite bathrooms in each and the master bedroom even features a walk-in closet.
And if extra sleeping space is needed, a den area converts into a fourth bedroom.
The home offers captivating views of the Hudson River but what truly sets it apart from other properties is its luxurious outdoor space.
The apartment has a 1,500-square-foot terrace that show spectacular city views and also includes two additional patios.

The property was listed by the Robby Browne Team at Corcoran and according to a spokeswoman from the listing agency – as reported by the Wall Street Journal – the property was listed for the original asking price last June before Bon Jovi changed the price in July.
