‘Council officers identified issues relating to building and planning land use, have since issued show cause notices and are now working with the property owner to address those issues,’ a spokesman told the Courier Mail.
Master Lexxx said he could not afford the cost of the compliance alterations, which he estimated to be between $5000-$25,000, and that he would be ruined financially.
‘I’ll be sent into bankruptcy, so I’m not a happy chappy.’
He also said that the Council wanted him to apply for the premises to be classified as ‘sport and recreation’.
