A young boy was taken to hospital after being hit by a car – which crushed his bicycle.
The 11-year-old sustained leg injuries, but paramedics said the injuries would have been far worse if he hadn’t been wearing a helmet, 9 News reports.
The crash happened at Daceyville, about seven kilometers southeast of Sydney.
