Parents’ worst nightmare as boy, 17, is ABDUCTED off the street by strangers as he walks home from a night out: ‘Do you want to come for a ride?’
A 17-year-old boy has been forced into a car with four strangers as he walked home from a night out, South Australian police said.
The teenager was walking on the esplanade at Somerton Park, Adelaide, about 10pm on Thursday evening when a driver stopped and asked: ‘Do you want to come for a ride?’
The boy declined, but was forced into the car by two men and driven north. He then managed to flee the unlocked car at an intersection and escape home.
The young man was unscathed.
