The dancer filed the paperwork on her 18th birthday which took place on Monday, May 27 and has asked that her new legal name be Shiloh Jolie.

The action comes shortly after it was revealed that the Bullet Train actor, 60, wants to repair his ‘broken’ bond with the 18-year-old.

According to the outlet, his other children: Vivienne, Zahara and Maddox – whom he shares with ex Angelina Jolie – also reportedly don’t use Pitt as their surname, although they haven’t made filings to legally change their names.

Shiloh’s request has yet to be approved due to filing the documents just days earlier on Memorial Day.
