Bradley Cooper showed his affection for his daughter Lea de Seine by taking her out for a walk in New York City on Friday morning.
The 49-year-old star of the Hangover franchise held the hand of his child, six, as they crossed one of the Big Apple’s many busy streets.
The Academy Award-winning actor – who has made a habit of remaining naked at home – kept it casual in a jet-black hoodie and loose-fitting sweat pants, and he completed his look with sunglasses and hiking shoes.
Cooper’s outing took place just a few days after he revealed that he questioned his love for Lea in his early days as a father on an episode of the Armchair Expert Podcast.
The A Star Is Born director stated that, during his ‘first eight months, I’m like, “I don’t even know if I really love the kid.”‘

The performer then recalled how he would question his attachment to Lea.
He said: ‘It’s dope. It’s cool. I’m watching this thing morph. (I’m) fascinated by it. Love taking care of it. (But) would I die if someone came in with a gun?’
However, Cooper stated that he came to realize ‘all of a sudden’ that he wanted to embrace fatherhood, and he later admitted that he would not ‘be alive if I wasn’t a dad.’
‘Your DNA is going to tell you that there’s something more important than you,’ he added.
The Silver Linings Playbook star later remarked that he had grown particularly close to his daughter and that he made it a priority to spend much of his time in her presence.
‘The sheer amount of time that my daughter and I have hung out is bonkers. I just can feel the safety that she feels. It’s so tangible. It’s palpable. That is so fulfilling,’ he said.
The star of American Sniper — who’s currently dating model Gigi Hadid, 28— shares Lea with his former partner of four years, Irina Shayk.
The performer and the 38-year-old supermodel initially began seeing each other in 2015, and they went on to welcome their daughter two years later.

Cooper and Shayk remained together for another two years, although they ultimately went their separate ways in 2019.
The actor and the fashion industry personality have remained on friendly terms ever since their split, and they currently co-parent their daughter.
The model spoke about her former partner during an interview with Elle, where she described him as ‘the best father Lea and I could dream of.’
Shayk also told the media outlet that she, as well as Cooper, worked around their busy schedules in order to spend as much time with Lea as possible.
