A new seek-and-find puzzle is challenging players to spot the six Christmas presents hidden in the cosy scene.

Online furniture store Furniturebox created the baffling brainteaser as a way of spreading some festive fun, despite celebrations being a little different this year.

The colourful illustration is filled with similar objects that are sure to distract even the most eagle-eyed puzzlers.

It takes an average of 90 seconds to find them all – but how fast can you do it in?

The illustration, created by UK-based electronics company RS Component, is made all the more difficult by the fact that there are a number of other snowmen dressed and on display in the scene.

If you’re struggling to spot the elves lurking in the virtual Christmas celebrations try taking a closer look at the top row of illustrations.

This seek-and-find puzzle is far more difficult than it looks at first glance.

Viral cartoonist Gergely Dudas, from Hungary, better known as Dudolf, challenged his fans to count the number of bees in this vibrant field of flowers.

The puzzle was shared on his popular website. The task seems simple enough but almost everyone who tried the challenge was surprised to learn just how many bees there are tucked away between the petals.

The trick is to divide the image into sections and work through them methodically so you don’t skip over any bees.

To make things extra difficult, Dudolf has partially hidden some of the bees and has given others playful facial expression as a distraction technique.

The vexing new challenge has been created by UK-based marketing company Reflect Digital to mark the start of National Coding Week, an annual event that aims to encourage more people to learn to code.

With only one back-to-front number to find, puzzlers will have to look extra closely at the challenging puzzle to spot the odd number out.
