The incident occurred shortly after 3am outside a club on Russell Street in the Chinatown area of Melbourne.
The brawl first broke out inside the club and continued as the women were kicked out of the venue.
Police arrived to quell the carnage, with ambulance staff also called due to a number people suffering injuries.

A woman in her 20s was arrested for her role in the fight.
