Brendan Fevola gifts Will Smith an AFL ball and jersery

The American actor has expressed an interest in tennis and cricket while in Australia this month to promote his Netflix film, Bright.

And on Saturday, Will Smith couldn’t wipe the smile off his face when he was gifted an AFL football and personalised Carlton jersey from Brendan Fevola.

Taking to Instagram, the footy player-turned-radio host shared a sneak preview of the full interview, which will be broadcast on Fox FM on Monday.

In the clip, Will can be seen holding the ball before being pleasantly surprised by his very own sports jersey.

‘Oh, love that. Love that!’ says the Men In Black star, 49.

Brendan wrote in the caption that interviewing the actor was ‘an amazing birthday present’ as he turned 37 on Saturday,

Fox FM’s Fifi, Fev and Byron also shared the clip, writing: ‘Fev gave Will Smith a special gift to remember his time in Melbourne! You can hear the full chat tomorrow morning.’

The exclusive chat will be aired on Monday’s breakfast show, which starts from 6am.

On Saturday, Will also headed to the MCG to watch the game between the Melbourne Stars and the Sydney Thunder.
