Brain To’o shocked fans and some of his team-mates last week after he revealed the insane pre-Grand Final breakfast he was going to eat, that would send Penrith’s club nutritionist into meltdown.
The Panthers’ winger impressed during Sunday’s 14-6 win over Melbourne.
While he didn’t get on the score sheet during the match, showed his bravery and resilience to come back onto the field after suffering a nasty-looking knee injury in the 60th minute. Even with that knock, though, To’o still managed to carry 186m during the game.
To’o, though, is known for his love for junk food and last week spoke out on how some of his team-mates react to his insane diet.
The 26-year-old revealed last week that he was planning to have a breakfast of a large bowl of chips with aioli, two breakfast burgers and six Coke Zeros to get him fueled for the NRL showpiece.
‘People always get weirded out with my breakfast,’ he told News Corp.
‘They think something is wrong with me but it’s all good. It will be the same this week.’
And it seems there is a method to the madness, with To’o starring to help the Panthers clinch their fourth-straight premiership victory, with his bumper breakfast appearing to fuel his bulldozing runs.
Following the win, celebrations went on late into the night as Ivan Cleary’s side asserted their names in rugby league immortality.
To’o had also been presented with a crown by his wife on the pitch, with his nickname ‘BIZZA’ emblazoned on its front.
In the sheds, the players showed off their Grand Final rings, before being bussed to the club’s precinct in the early hours of the morning.
On Monday, To’o posted a clip on his Instagram account of him enjoying his legendary breakfast once again, chomping down on two huge breakfast burgers, a bumper plate of chips and six Coke Zeros.

He captioned the video: ‘Two breakie burgers, bowl of fries, six Coke Zeros, Caramel lattes, two sugars extra syrup. You’re welcome.’
Speaking on his team-mate’s diet, Nathan Cleary lumped praise on the To’o, stating: ‘His diet is the most unique I’ve seen for a rugby league player.’
‘I’ve never seen somebody have four cans of Coke and 10 hash browns on gameday for breakfast.
‘He manages to do it and is still a beast on the field, so props to him.’
