Brie Larson dons colorful ensembles at the TIFF

There was no missing Brie Larson at the Toronto International Film Festival on Monday.

The 27-year-old Oscar-winning actress stepped out in a variety of colorful ensembles to promote her new movie, Unicorn Store.

In keeping with the theme of the whimsical film – which marks Brie’s feature directorial debut – the stunning star stepped out in a red, lilac, lime, pink and peach colored gown for the film’s premiere.

The ankle-length chiffon dress featured colored panels and a cape back down one shoulder.

It also featured a low-cut V-neck, and Brie cinched in her waist with a silver and apricot belt.

The Room actress rounded out her look with a pair of strappy silver stilettos and wore jeweled earrings.

Her shoulder-length blonde hair was worn swept back in a chic updo, and she wore a soft smokey eye.

Later in the day, Brie and her co-star in the new film, Mamoudou Athie, attended a Nespresso event at the festival, where they spoke about their new movie during a sit-down discussion.

Brie looked colorful once again, this time stepping out in a shimmery A-line skirt with blue, pink and gold colored panels.

She also wore a a black pussy bow shirt and baby pink Mary Jane heels.

Meanwhile, Mamoudou, 28, looked preppy in a pair of tapered black trousers, which he teamed with a blue button-up shirt.

He also wore black oxfords and a pair of thick-rimmed black glasses, his hair slicked to the side. 

On Sunday, Brie took to Instagram to share a sweet photo of herself and Mamoudou at a photo shoot at the festival.

Linking arms with her handsome co-star, the 21 Jump Street actress can be seen leaning back while smiling broadly at the Mauritian-born actor.

Unicorn Store tells the story of an innocent artist named Kit, played by Brie, who receives an invitation to a mysterious place known only as The Store, where she is promised a unicorn.

Mamoudou plays the friend who helps her construct a stable for it to live in.

The film is slated for release sometime this year.
