Brisbane Comic Con shows off weird and wacky costumes

Brisbane’s Comic Con event has brought all manner of costumes to the fore, including a creepy Pennywise clown, a female Spiderman and Sailor Moon characters.

The event, which is on five times a year across the Australian states, is a hub of pop culture and cosplayers visiting exhibitions, winning prizes and meeting like-minded friends in the process.

Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre hosted Comic Con on September 23 and 24 with general entry tickets costing $57.50.
