The door to the building has been shattered as a result of the incident.

It is believed to be a targeted attack on the building. Police have been trying to piece together a motive for the attack.

No one was inside the building at the time.

Customers told 9 News the shooting seemed ‘completely random’.

‘Compared to anywhere else I’ve lived I’ve always felt so safe and nothing completely bizarre and random happens,’ one person said.

‘This is just totally not something I would have ever expected to happen around here.’
