A man dubbed the ‘poo jogger’ has been charged after he defecated on a public pathway for over a year.
Brisbane residents complained after the mysterious morning runner would squat and relieve himself on the public pathway which lead to their apartment block.
After a year of torment, the Greenslopes community rallied together to snap a photo of the offender.

Photographer Steve Smith waited at dawn to catch the jogger in the middle of his bizarre morning ritual.
He ran past the block three times in one week before he was snapped defecating on the pathway.
‘I started sitting out there in the dark and waiting, and I decided I was going to get a photo of this guy. I patiently waited each morning for a few minutes until eventually I got that photo,’ Mr Smith told the Courier Mail.
The image was posted on to Facebook after the furious resident snapped the man while he was relieving himself
Mr Smith posted the image on Facebook in the attempt to identify the ‘poo jogger’.
The image captured the grey-haired man squatting over the pathway clutching a piece of toilet paper.
A Queensland Police spokesperson said the 64-year-old jogger has been charged with being a public nuisance.
He will face the Holland Park Magistrates Court on June 4.
