Courteney Cox, Adele and Strictly’s Oti Mabuse led the glamour at the BRIT Awards on Tuesday night.
Opting for classic silhouettes in black and gold, the stars proved that sometimes less is more when it comes to standing out on the red carpet.
Joining them on the best-dressed list are Zara McDermott and radio presenter Vick Hope, who cut an elegant figure in a old Hollywood-inspired evening gown with a thigh-high slit.
Elsewhere Mollie King brought a splash of colour to proceedings in a vibrant yellow dress with a cut-out midriff, while Ed Sheeran looked dapper in a electric blue velvet suit.
Presenter Laura Whitmore stepped out in a flirty take on the LBD, pairing the velvet mini dress with towering black heels and a feathered clutch to complete the monochrome look.
The elegant looks were worlds apart from some of the fashion misses on the red carpet, with Tallia Storm and Ashley Roberts among the stars who turned heads for all the wrong reasons.
The awards show has sparked controversy following the decision to scrap male and female categories and switch to gender-neutral gongs for the first time – with Adele and Ed battling it out for the Artist of the Year award.

Adele – who is a relationship with sports agent Rich Paul after her divorce from Simon Konecki – sported a huge diamond ring on her left hand as she posed on the red carpet, prompting questions over whether she is engaged.
