Britney Spears rings in 42nd birthday at pal Cade Hudson’s house but is ‘interrupted when dog has medical emergency requiring 24-hour vet’

Britney Spears saw on her 42nd birthday this week at the home of her manager and best pal Cade Hudson in Los Angeles.

She marked the special occasion with a small group of intimates including her brother Bryan Spears, who is four years her senior.

However the festivities may have been interrupted, as at one point she, Cade and Bryan were spotted emerging from the house late at night.

One of her dogs appeared to suffer a medical emergency and had to be taken to a 24-hour veterinary clinic at around 2am. 

Cade, Bryan and Britney were spotted leaving the former’s house in a car that was then seen parked outside of a 24-hour veterinary clinic. The dog, however, was not pictured.

Over the course of the night, Britney and Cade were also spotted stopping off at a gas station mini-mart to pick up a few snacks.

Their outing appeared to be a spur-of-the-moment decision, based on the fact Cade was barefoot and wearing what looked like pajamas.

Britney was similarly casually attired, with a red flannel shirt thrown over a dressed-down ensemble that included white sweats.

She obscured her face with a large pair of shades and wore what appeared to be an expression of concern while spotted out that night. 

She walked out of the mini-mart ahead of Cade, who carried a plastic shopping bag bulging with items purchased at the convenience store.
